MLK Day: Music, Stories and Tzedakah Crafts
Calling all children, ages 4 and up...
Join us this MLK Day to learn about this important holiday, Dr Martin Luther King, and how we can all repair our world, one small act at a time!
Dr. King dedicated his life to making the world a better place and securing equal rights for all people. He was the definition of a mensch – an all-around good person.
Join Candace Goodwin, Family Engagement Manager at the East Bay JCC and Aliza Golshani, PJ Library Bay Area Program Manager for this interactive program.
We will talk about MLK Day, read a PJ Library story about the wonder of Tzedakah, sing songs and create tzedakah boxes from materials you have at home.
Once you register, we will send you list of a few basic supplies you will need to craft along with us.
If you register by January 12th, we will send you some stickers for your DIY Tzedakah box. Simply register and email and stickers will be sent your way!

See you there and invite a friend!
